The conclusion is stating the basic basic facts and summing up the rest of your work. It often contains a summary of your thoughts.
The evaluation is more detailed, like showing the statistics or main points of your project.
Example – Conclusion: We found out from our experiment that the heat will rise because hot particles expand, therefore move upwards. My original prediction was correct because i stated that it would rise.
Example – Evaluation: Heated particles move quicker then cooler particles which makes them separate. The particles have now expanded which will make the substance lighter, making it rise. If an object is heated enough then it may turn to a gas or liquid.
