In order to file one, you have to have proof she is crazy, not on meds, lists of things she’s doing, etc. First, the court shrink will interview you and they will want to know what is going on. In order for them to commit her, she has to be a threat to herself or others. Unless she is hurting herself or others, you won’t get anywhere. You must have an agreement or a lease that you signed. If not, you are on a month to month. She cannot make you pay for anything above and beyond unless first giving you 30 days written notice. Let her take you to court. Eventually, the judge may get sick of her and do something.
